Content: A decision to conduct a tender for the provision of an Employee Assistance Programme via a third-party framework. Rachel Rump, Head of Talent & Performance, on behalf of Jacquie McGeachie, Director of People, took a decision to approve to conduct a further competition tender using the ESPO third party framework for the provision of an Employee Assistance programme. The contract will commence from the 1st April 2026 with an approximate annual value of £240,000.
