Content: Consideration was given to the report of the Director of Finance & Resources, as contained on pages 357 to 440 of the Book of Reports, on the Council's use of an exemption or waiver from Public Contracts Regulations 2015, Procurement Act 2023 and/ or Council's Contract Procedure Rules.   RESOLVED:   That the Council's exemption / waiver activity over the previous 12 months, as reported in the appendices to the report, be noted.
