Content: Consideration was given to the report of the Chief Legal & Democratic Services, as contained on pages 257 to 324 of the Book of Reports, which set out the 2025/26 National Procurement Strategy Assessment.   RESOLVED:   That the National Procurement Strategy Toolkit 25-26 Assessment (Appendix 1 & 2 of the report) be noted.
