Content: Consideration was given to the report of the Chief Legal & Democratic Services Officer, as contained on pages 353 – 354 of the Book of Reports, which advised on the Council’s use of its powers under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (RIPA).   RESOLVED:   That it be noted that the Council has not had cause to use its powers under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2020 (RIPA) during the last 12 months.
