Content: 1.    That the strategic objectives of Transport for Greater Lincolnshire be endorsed;   2.    that the Transport Board recommends to the Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority to establish Transport for Greater Lincolnshire as an Advisory Group; and   3.    that the Transport Board recommends to the Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority to adopt a Terms of Reference and appoint a membership for Transport for Greater Lincolnshire.
