Purpose:

Content: Health and Wellbeing Restructure   (i)             To approve the implementation of a Health and Wellbeing Team Restructure and resulting changes in the establishment as per the details within the exempt report.       The recommendations outlined in the report are in response to the requirements of the Medium-Term Financial Plan and the savings target set for the Health and Wellbeing Team as outlined within the budget approved for 2025/2026     Alternative options were considered but they would not have achieved the required level of savings or enabled the team to continue with the delivery of income generating services.  Due to the nature of the team and its budgets, options were limited.
