Purpose: Following the Council’s introduction of a revised Housing Complaints, Compliments and Comments Procedure (the Procedure) to comply with the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaint Handling Code (the Code), the Housing Ombudsman reviewed the procedure and recommended several amendments to ensure the Procedure was consistent with the Code.
