DECISION: 1.          To receive and note report C/25/51. 2.          To approve rate relief as set out in Appendix 1 of this report.     Reasons for decision:   The Cabinet Member for Finance is asked to agree the recommendations because agreement is needed on the applications for relief to be granted or refused in accordance with the approved criteria.
