Purpose:

Content: The Senior Governance Advisor updated Council on various movements amongst groups, including the resignation of Cllr C Mosdell from the Conservative Group, and the resignation of Cllr Maclean. He also advised that a new group had been formed (ABC Group), which had resulted in a change to proportionality since the report and appendices had been published.   Group Leaders and non-aligned councillors had been advised prior to the meeting of the revised figures and changes and revised copies had been circulated to all councillors at the meeting.   A number of nominations were received and duly seconded.   A vote was taken the result of which was:   RESOLVED:   THAT the revised appointments to Committees (Appendix 2 attached to and forming part of these minutes) be agreed
