Content: To approve a waiver to the council’s Contract Standing Orders 17.2(d) to directly award a contract to Energy Specifics to deliver the outstanding works at a value of £240K to complete works to the remaining five properties in various wards over a 16-week period, commencing 1 December 2025 to 31 March 2026.
