Purpose:

Content: AGREED: that   the outcome of the evaluation process as set out in Appendix A in terms of the bidder’s ranking be noted.   officers be instructed to inform those parties that tendered in this matter of the outcome of the evaluation process and proposed way forward (as detailed in this report).   Subject to the satisfactory conclusion of the voluntary standstill period,  the organisations highlighted in Appendix A be formally appointed to deliver the works.   To appoint two contractors to a framework to deliver repairs and maintenance to domestic vacant properties for a period of 2 years from 1st January 2026, with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
