Content: Appendix 1 of the report or part is not for publication as it contains exempt information of the description in paragraph 14 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972   AGREED;  that the contract for the Design, Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment for the Control and Management of the Queensgate Tunnel and related infrastructure and services up to the value of £4,999,999 be awarded to SICE. Following the completion of a competitive open procurement procedure in line with the Procurement Act 2023, SICE has been evaluated as the most advantageous tender to the Council.
