Content: Resolved: 1. To approve phase 1 works required for 2028 compliance, including advising on the potential disposal option of St John’s Craft Workshops and an update to Blackwood Court’s EPCs which expire in 2026. The cost of these phase 1 works was £368,250. 2. To approve EPC update for Scoley Court following PV installation but prior to the 2028 expiry to understand MEES compliance for 2028 and 2030. The cost of these works was £1,050. 3. To approve the recommendations for 2030 compliance and progress with the phase 2 works. The cost of these works was £31,100. 4. To approve the Solar PV options and progressing with the works. 5. To approve a budget of £400,400 in the 2027/28 financial year to be funded from the “Climate Response” Reserve.
