Content: Resolved:   1.  That the Medium Term Financial Strategy for 2026/27 to 2028/29 and the five-year financial outlook (to 2030/31) be approved.   2.  That NKDC’s intention to remain in the current Lincolnshire Business Rate Pool for the 2026/27 financial year is submitted in accordance with the Government deadline of 24 November 2025.
