Purpose: Mid-year report of treasury management activities for the financial year 2025/26.

Content: Recommended to Council:   That the Mid-Year Treasury Management Report and revised Prudential Indicators be approved.   That the change proposed to NKDC’s Accounting Policy be noted to allow the capitalisation of borrowing as laid out in section 3.2.   To approve the increase in Operational Boundary from £128.54m to £131.821m in line with the period 6 Capital Programme reporting.   Resolved by the Executive Board:   The Executive Board considered the Mid-Year Treasury Management Report and revised Prudential Indicators and accepted the treasury activity to 30 September 2025.
