Purpose:

Content: Before the Committee was a report by the Interim Director for Core Services, copies of which had been circulated to all Members and a copy of which is attached to the signed copy of these minutes as Item 6.   This report before members updated the Committee on the progress made on the delivery of the 2025/26 Capital Investment Programme for Adur District Council and Worthing Borough Council. The programme included schemes which supported the delivery of services across the councils.     Decision:   1.    That the the virement to partnership schemes as detailed in 8.1. be noted and approved;   2.    That the virements in relation to Adur District Council, detailed in 8.2. be noted and approved;   3.    That the virements to Worthing Borough Council Schemes as detailed in 8.3. Be noted and approved     Call In: The call-in deadline for decisions will be 5.00pm on 24 November 2025.
