Content: Resolved: 1.  The existing Hackney Carriage rank on West Street, Andover be removed as necessitated by the Western Avenue scheme. 2.  The responsibility for approving adoption and removal of hackney carriage ranks in future be delegated to the relevant Portfolio Holder in conjunction with the Head of Legal and Democratic Services.
