Purpose:

Content: RESOLVED that   1)    The contract award to Amazon Web Services (AWS) for an initial period of 3 years, with an option of two 12-months extensions, for a maximum contract value of £7.4M, be approved, as a direct call off under the YPO Framework 001126 – Cloud Services, Data Centre Management and Transformation Solutions;   2)    The contract sum includes an element for non-committed expenditure as detailed in  Annex 1 (exempt from publication), to be able to meet the future needs of the council and provide the efficient and effective management of variable usage.
