Content: The mid year review of financial performance 2025-26 report was considered by the Cabinet on 12 November 2025. In line with Finance Procedure Rules this report seeks formal approval from the Cabinet Member for Legal and Finance for delegated decisions under their authority in relation to capital budgets. That capital budget re-profiling of £8.904m from 2025-26 to future years be approved. To ensure the Council remains a financially well managed authority, recognising and responding to emerging cost pressures and complying with current accounting requirements. The Cabinet Member for Legal and Finance could choose not to approve the changes however this could put the delivery of the capital programme at risk as well as the capacity to deliver the schemes in full.
