Purpose: To consider the performance update for the current year and to review the previous years' accounts.

Content: The Managing Director of Sutton Living Ltd introduced the report.   Members indicated they wished to discuss information included in the exempt appendix. The chair moved that the meeting move into exempt session which was seconded and agreed.   RESOLVED: That the public and press be excluded from the remainder of this meeting on the grounds that the remaining item on the agenda involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 3, Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.   The meeting returned to public session.   RESOLVED: 1.    That the mid year progress against the business plan as set out in the report be noted.   2.    That the Sutton Living Limited’s and Sutton Living Design and Build’s accounts for 2024/25 be noted as set out in Appendix A.   3.    That the Sutton Living Limited’s updated Risk Register be noted as set out in exempt Appendix B.
