Content: The Strategic Director of Resources advised that if agreed, an update would be provided to the sub committee on the consultancy work to explore external investment opportunities.   RESOLVED: 1.    That the performance update provided in SDEN Performance Report April - September 2025 be noted as set out in Appendix A.   2.    That the draft Sutton Decentralised Energy Network Ltd Full Annual Accounts for 2024/25 be noted as set out at Appendix B.   3.    That the Sutton Decentralised Energy Network Risk Register be noted as set out at exempt Appendix C.   4.    That it be agreed to seek external investment into SDEN as set out in paragraphs 3.15 and 3.16 of the report.
