Content: The Director of Communities submitted a report to consider the findings of the Blackpool and Wyre Retail and Leisure Study 2025 and outline the next steps following the Blackpool and Wyre Retail and Leisure Study 2025.   Decisions   The Planning Policy and Economic Development Portfolio Holder agreed:   ·       That the Blackpool and Wyre Retail and Leisure Study 2025 (Appendix 1) is endorsed and published as soon as possible, subject to minor editorial amendments to improve the clarity and to meet accessibility requirements if required.   ·       That the Blackpool and Wyre Retail and Leisure Study 2025 is endorsed as evidence to inform the review of the Wyre Local Plan.   ·       That the Blackpool and Wyre Retail and Leisure Study 2025 will be a material consideration in the determination of planning applications.   ·       That the Blackpool and Wyre Retail and Leisure Study 2025 is endorsed and used to inform council policy and actions on matters relating to employment.
