Content: The Assistant Director of Environmental Services submitted a report to confirm the appointment of ReLandscape Limited as lead consultants to oversee and coordinate the phased delivery of the Cottam Hall Masterplan.   Decisions   The Street Scene, Parks and Open Spaces Portfolio Holder agreed:   ·       That approval is given to allocate £68,830 from the Investment Projects Reserve for consultancy services to deliver the Cottam Hall Masterplan.   ·       To note the appointment of ReLandscape Limited as lead consultants who will manage the detailed delivery of the proposed phased works at Cottam Hall playing fields. This followed a successful procurement exercise in accordance with the council’s Contract Procedures.
