Content: To seek Cabinet approval to exercise a two-year extension option under the council’s current contract with Ubico Ltd for the delivery of Household Recycling Centre Management Services.   Cllr Martin Horwood sought Cabinet approval to exercise a two-year extension option under the council’s current contract with Ubico Ltd for the delivery of Household Recycling Centre Management Services.   Having considered all of the information, Cabinet noted the report and RESOLVED to:   Delegate authority to the Executive Director for Economy, Environment and Infrastructure, in consultation with the Cabinet lead for Nature, Climate and Waste Reduction, to exercise the council’s two-year extension option (commencing 7th August 2026) under its contract with Ubico Ltd for the provision of Household Recycling Centre Management Services (HRC Management Services).
