Purpose: To receive the draft Housing Revenue Account estimates 2026-27 for the purposes of finalising proposals for service.

Content: The Executive Resolved That  (i)    the progress set out in the report in preparing the draft Housing Revenue Account budgets for 2026/27 be noted and provide any feedback to be incorporated into the final budget proposals to be presented in February 2026; and           (ii)   Managers, Corporate Leadership Team and Portfolio Holders will continue detailed budget preparation to inform final budget proposals for consideration by the Executive in February 2026. Reason: Consideration of these proposals will enable the preparation of the Council’s Housing Revenue Account (HRA) budgets for 2026/27 to proceed. Cllr Roberts and Cllr Johnson, Portfolio Holders, and Senior Managers.
