Purpose:

Content: The Director of Resources and Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report to consider a request from Community Services Committee to move part of an existing approved capital scheme from the 2026/27 financial year, into the 2025/26 financial year, in respect of a refurbishment of the Chatburn public toilets.   Community Services Committee had approved the recommendation at their meeting of 21 October 2025.   RESOLVED THAT COMMITTEE:   Approved a scheme of £11,000 in the 2025/26 capital programme for the refurbishment of the Chatburn public conveniences, facilitated by bringing forward £11,000 from the existing ‘Public Conveniences Refurbishment – Edisford, Bolton-by-Bowland and Chatburn’ scheme in 2026/27.
