Content: The Director of Resources and Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report to consider a request from Health and Housing Committee to amend the Capital Programme to fund renovation works to 52 Downham Road, Chatburn, purchased by the Council to be delivered as affordable rental property.   Health and Housing Services Committee had approved the recommendation at their meeting of 30 October 2025.   RESOLVED THAT COMMITTEE:   Approved the amendment of the capital programme to fund the renovations at 52 Downham Road, Chatburn as proposed from the Cemetery Lodge Affordable Housing Scheme, as set out in the report.
