Purpose: Proposed lease of land for garden and recreation use  

Content: Proposed lease of land for garden and recreation use   That the Council will grant a lease to the former licensee for six years.   The parcel of land is adjacent to residential properties and is held by the Council for possible long-term use. It is not covered by a current local housing needs survey therefore a local need housing scheme is unlikely in the next few years. As currently no use is identified, the use of a lease in the interim protects the Council’s interest. The proposed lease will be documented by Legal Services with their costs being covered.    Agree to grant the lease Decline to grant the lease
