Purpose:

Content: To publish the Local Lettings Plan between Thanet District Council and Orbit. Thanet District Council (TDC) and Orbit have established a Local Lettings Plan stipulating that all bungalows owned by Orbit shall be allocated to applicants on the Housing Register who are either over 50 years of age or have a critical medical need, as identified by Thanet District Council and placed into Band A of the Housing Register. A Local Lettings Plan has been implemented to ensure age-appropriate housing and to establish balanced communities; without this plan, these objectives would not be achieved.
