Content: The Director of Communities, Director of Environment, Director of Finance and Governance and Director of Transformation and Change have submitted a report to present the annual review of fees and charges and propose changes for the 2026/27 financial year.   Decision   The Leisure, Health and Community Engagement Portfolio Holder, Neighbourhood Services and Community Safety Portfolio Holder, Planning Policy and Economic Development Portfolio Holder, Resources Portfolio Holder and the Street Scene, Parks and Open Spaces Portfolio Holder agreed:   ·       That the proposed fees and charges, as set out in Appendix 1, for the 2026/27 financial year be approved and implemented from 1 April 2026 unless an immediate or other change is indicated.
