Purpose: To consider the authorisation to release funds from the Communities Transport Grant Scheme.

Content: To consider the authorisation to release funds from the Communities Transport Grant Scheme. That the following 2 Transport grant awards of £500 each are approved.   A Little More Kindness - £500 - The fund will help A Little More Kindness buy more food at lower cost, cover volunteers fuel, and deliver to people who can’t drive, expanding their support in the community .   Swaffham Methodist Church - £500 – The grant would subsidise and, in many cases, probably reimburse in full the cost of taxis for attendees of the weekly activity sessions, and also reimburse the volunteer drivers who, at the moment, do not receive any petrol expenses for the journeys they undertake to help people.   This initiative will focus on transport barriers in relation to connection into local community activity & services, for improved health and well-being outcomes. 1)     To approve the release of funding. 2)     To not approve the release of funding.
