Content: This report seeks approval of the Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy. The council as local housing authority has a legal requirement to review homelessness and agree a homelessness and rough sleeping strategy every 5 years. 1)             Cabinet agrees to adopt the Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy for 2025 to 2030.   2)             Cabinet delegates authority to the Corporate Director – Homes & Adult Social Care, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing and the Cabinet Adviser for Homelessness to agree council led actions for inclusion in a joint delivery plan and structure agreed with our partners.
