Content: The Cabinet will be asked to consider the acquisition of properties for use as temporary accommodation. Resolved:   That: 1.           The creation of a capital budget of £955,000 to facilitate the purchase of temporary accommodation, associated fees and refurbishment costs, funded and noting the revenue cost implications as detailed in section 2.6 of Report number CAB/WS/25/062, be approved.   2.           The Council’s Section 151 Officer make the necessary changes to the Council’s prudential indicators, as a result of recommendation 1. above.   3.           Delegated authority be provided to the Chief Operating Officer, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Housing, to make the final decision on this acquisition.
