Content: To approve a Waiver of the council’s Contract Standing Orders para 17.2(a) for the direct award of contract for telecommunication services from Segmentation Group Ltd (SGL) for a total expenditure of £132,886. Work to be completed in 12 months from December 2025 – November 2026. To approve that all funding will be provided from existing approved budgets within the Council’s Capital Investment Programme, with no requirement for additional budget provision.
