Content: 1.    Approved a temporary reduction of 100% in Fees and Charges for Bilston Market rents for 8 weeks from 22 December 2025 to 14 February 2026 at an estimated cost to the Council of up to £118,000 of lost income. 2.    Approved an allocation of up to £118,000 from the Our City Our Plan Reserve to mitigate the reduced income anticipated from the temporary reduction in fees and charges for the Bilston Market rental income.
