Content:             R E S O L V E D – that:   A.    the progress update on the CAT project be noted.   B.    the disposal of the following assets for which valuations have been received, be approved:   1.     Mint Walk Recreation Ground (Warlingham Parish Council), appendices A and B to the report; 2.     Hurst Green Community Centre (Oxted Parish Council), appendix A to the supplementary agenda; 3.     Public Convenience & Station Road Car Park, Whyteleafe (Whyteleafe Parish Council), appendix B to the supplementary agenda; 4.     Station Road Car Park, Woldingham (Woldingham Parish Council), appendix C to the supplementary agenda.   C.    the assets listed below, for which valuations have yet to be received, proceed to contract (subject to detailed due diligence), and be disposed subject to their restricted value not exceeding £1m, otherwise   COUNCIL DECISION (subject to ratification by Council)   R E C O M M E N D E D – that:   the assets listed below, for which valuations have yet to be received, proceed to contract (subject to detailed due diligence), and be disposed subject to their unrestricted value not exceeding £2m:                     Dormansland Tennis Lawn Club 1.     High Street Recreation Ground, High Street, Dormansland & Tennis Pavilion, appendix C to the report;   Lingfield Parish Council 2.     Nature Reserve - Bloomers and Jenners Field, Saxbys Lane, appendix D to the report; 3.     Public conveniences, Godstone Road near Jenny Lane, appendix E to the report; 4.     Scout Hut - Part of Bloomers Field, Saxbys Lane, appendix F to the report.   D.    authority be delegated to the S151 Officer and Principal Asset Manager to agree, in consultation with the Chair of the Committee, the terms and final price for each disposal included within this report.
