Purpose:

Content: That   (a)  the Treasury Management performance for the second quarter of 2025/26 be noted; and   (b)  Council be recommended to approve the 2025/26 prudential indicators as set out in Appendix 4 of the report. The report ensures that the Council is implementing best practice in accordance with the CIPFA Code of Practice for Treasury Management. Investments as at 30 September 2025 totalled £287.2m (£296.5m at 30 June 2025) and there was no outstanding external borrowing.
