Content: County Councillor Michael Lavalette considered and rejected a Local Member Grant to Community Help Africa & UK CIC towards the cost of workshops for schools consisting of African drumming, storytelling, music and dance with discussion time and feedback.   The reason for the rejection is Councillor Lavalette states that due to his limited remaining funding and that schools receive LCC funding, he is reserving funding to support other organisations operating within his division.
