Purpose: This IEDN is to amend the value in the previous contract award CRP paper submitted in June. The original stated value was £691,783. Due to unforeseen circumstances, this has then be amended to £213,000

Content: 1.    Approved the reduction in contract value for the Family Hubs contract / agreement, in line with the reduced services, and for the Council to enter into the Agreement with The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust for one year (and an option to extend for a further year) covering the period of 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2027, for £178,000 (£89k per annum) accordingly.
