Purpose: To seek necessary approvals relating to the Pride in Place Impact Fund.

Content: 1.   Approved the acceptance of the grant through entering into the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC) and the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government for the Pride in Place Impact Fund with prior approval of the Section 151 officer. 2.   Approved the establishment of supplementary capital budgets of £1.5 million for the Pride in Place Impact Fund in line with the Memorandum of Understanding.
