Content: 1.      Approved entering into a Grant Funding Agreement with West Midlands Combined Authority as Lead Authority for the Cultural and Creative Investment Programme.   2.      Approved the establishment and spend of supplementary revenue and capital budgets in line with the agreement.   3.      Approved the payment of grants to organisations in line with the supplementary budget approvals.
