Content: 1.  Agreed the completion of the purchase of the former council property listed in Appendix 1 at the agreed purchase price set out in Appendix 1, plus Home Loss and disturbance payments.   2.  Authorised the Chief Operating Officer or other authorised officers to execute all legal documentation to put the purchase into effect.
