Content:   (a)  That the Planning Committee reaffirm the resolution of the November, 2025 Planning Committee meeting to be minded to grant conditional planning permission, subject to the applicant entering into a Section 106 agreement in respect of affordable housing and commuted sum payments as requested by Conwy County Borough Council’s Planning Policy and Highways Authority   (b)  That the Development and Building Control Manager to determine the application under delegation.
