Purpose: To amend the decision made on the 7th November 2025, in relation to the advertised Traffic Regulation Order, namely: The Borough of Watford, A411 Hempstead Road Service Road Watford (Prohibition of Stopping and Waiting Except Taxis) Order 2025. The decision was made to implement as advertised, but following consultation with The Mayor this will be not be implemented as advertised, as a new order will now be advertised to accommodate blue badge holders.   To seek authorisation to publish a “Notice of Proposals” for a new order, namely: The Borough of Watford, A411 Hempstead Road Service Road Watford (Disabled Badge Holders and Taxis) Order 2026.   a)     where no objections are received or where objections are subsequently withdrawn “Make” the TROs and implement the proposal and:   …. where objections are received and not subsequently withdrawn, report the details of the objections together with Officer’s recommendations so that further instructions can be obtained
