Purpose: To enable work on the council’s Local Plan Review to progress towards a draft (Regulation 19) plan that will be consulted on prior to submission for an examination in public.  

Content: To enable work on the council’s Local Plan Review to progress towards a draft (Regulation 19) plan that will be consulted on prior to submission for an examination in public.     Resolved by the Chief Executive Officer   (i)             That the contracts be awarded to the successful contractors as detailed in the attached exempt appendix.   (ii)             That the Legal Services Manager be authorised to negotiate, finalise and complete all necessary legal agreements and other documents to give   effect to the above.   To enable work on the council’s Local Plan Review to progress towards a draft (Regulation 19) plan that will be consulted on prior to submission for an examination in public.     To rely on the current evidence for the Mansfield District Local Plan. This was discounted because the evidence is out of date, not robust and unlikely to satisfy an independent Planning Inspector at examination.
