Content: The garage management for HRA services to be outsourced through a garage management company, which can be selected through contractual framework.   Reason for the decision: Outsourcing garage management and maintenance represents a cost effective, low risk, and high-value strategy and comes with low risk as the units can be transferred back in house with appropriate notice this would enable disposal or development of sites to meet the council’s strategic objectives.
