Purpose: The Council's delegated budgets scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor covered for the financial year 2025/2026. Councillor Jo Farrell of Ingthorpe ward has requested: (i) £160.00 as a ward councillor donation to Fylde Coast Women's Aid, towards the cost of a donation towards Christmas dinner. Councillor Dave Flanagan of Greenlands ward has requested: (i) £93.00 as a ward councillor donation to Enveco, towards the cost of plants for Devonshire road.
