Purpose: Seeking approval to add the Catering Provision contract to the LLA Directorate Procurement Plan.

Content: An exempt report by the Director of Education & Children’s Services was circulated which sought agreement to the procurement of the Services to the Live Life Aberdeenshire (LLA) Procurement Plan.    The Project Lead introduced the report and responded to Members questions.    Following discussion, the Committee agreed:   1.    To note the Directorate Supplementary Procurement Plan as detailed in Appendix 1. 2.    To approve the item on the Supplementary Procurement Plan and note that this item will be added to the Directorate Procurement Plan. 3.    To approve the Procurement Approval Form which is enclosed at Appendix 3 to this report. 4.    To reserve the award of the final contract over £1,000,000 to the Area Committee; and To add a further recommendation 1.2.5 that a business case be developed to identify the details of an internal delivery model option that will be reported back to committee in February/March 2026 alongside the tender return information.
