Content: To note the consultation and re-designate the neighbourhood forum.   1.  That it be noted that the consultation on the application from the South Bank and Waterloo Neighbours (SoWN) to re-designate its Neighbourhood Forum status closed on Monday 27 October 2025.   2.  That it be noted that the London Borough of Lambeth intend to re-designate SoWN as the Neighbourhood Forum for the Southbank and Waterloo Neighbourhood Area.   3.  That it be agreed to re-designate SoWN as the Neighbourhood Forum for the Southbank and Waterloo Neighbourhood Area.
