Content: Approval to implement a permanent traffic management order in relation to bus lane enforcement That the Cabinet Member for Clean Air, Streets and Waste:   1.  Approves changes to the times of operation of the bus lanes, the current times are set out in paragraph 9 of this report, to 24 hours seven days a week to reduce bus delays and increase timetable adherence.   2.  Instructs Officers to prepare an order revising the existing bus lane traffic management order (TMO) pursuant to sections 6 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“1984 Act”) and the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) regulations 1996 (“1996 Regulations”).   3.  Considered the impact on equalities and Public Sector Equality Duty (“PSED”) is set out in section 149 of the Equality Act 2010
